Mock Audit Programme
Our Consultant will conduct Mock
Assessment for applied & accredited hospitals as per maintaining all the
requirements of NABH Standards and other applicable criteria.
This Mock Assessment will be carried
out for a period of 1-3 days based on bed strength. The preparatory assessment
process follows criteria and processes similar to those that will be followed
by the NABH assessment team for the actual assessment Process. Therefore, it is
imperative to do a thorough analysis of areas of "Non Compliance" as
per NABH standards. Thus it is re-iterated that Non compliance suggests
enhancement of current level of performance in order to placate the actual NABH
Assessment Team.
Surveillance Audit Programme
We would like to share our team
experience and professional services to SUSTAINING NABH STANDARD WITH CQI
PROGRAMME for all level healthcare setups. We are conducting surveillance audit
to NABH Entry level Certified and Full Accreditated HCOs within 6 to 18 months
of obtaining and renewal of accreditation. Surveillance is aimed at examining
